At IP Trend Eurasia we have gathered together professional patent attorneys and IP specialists qualified in chemistry, physics, mechanical engineering, electronics and other areas of technology and science, as well as a team of skilled and experienced translators and proofreaders having respective technical and/or scientific background and trained in IP. What we do?
At IP Trend Eurasia we provide a full-range of intellectual property services including patent, trademark and design filing, prosecution, maintenance, litigation. We also provide consulting services as to development of the IP strategy, we conduct freedom-to-operate (FTO) searches/opinions, prior art searches, name searches, equivalent searches, etc.
Having an extensive experience in the international IP prosecution we provide “back-office” patent prosecution services for large, medium size and small companies, as well as start-ups and individual inventors from all over the world. We help them to obtain global protection of their IP rights in the most efficient and cost-effective way, at the same time preserving the maximum possible scope of protection.
An important part of our work at IP Trend Eurasia is performed by a team of skilled and experienced translators and proofreaders with respective technical and/or scientific background. All our translators and proofreaders are trained in IP, they ensure providing an accurate translation of patent applications and make the client aware of any non-compliance with national/regional requirements. This allows avoiding unnecessary Office Actions during examination or issues related to inaccurate translation at the after-grant stage.
